Coaching Staff
Nick Daniello
Since founding Prime Time in 2008, Nick has been involved in placing over 250 high school players at the collegiate level. Nick oversees all of Prime Time’s boys & girls programing, recruiting for all boys high school players and premier events.
In addition to founding Prime Time, Director Daniello was the defensive coordinator at John Jay High School from 2016 – 2022, where he was a captain and player during his high school career. During his six years at John Jay, the Indians won back-to-back sectional championships (2018 & 2019) and were Class B State Finalist in 2019.
Director Daniello handles all our boys recruiting efforts, which has currently produced 8 straight double digit DI recruiting classes with the last three classes averaging 16+ DI players. Additionally, for the last 10 our boys recruiting classes average over 20 players going on to play at the collegiate level.
A graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, Nick was a four year starter for the Ducks at defense where he anchored one of the top defensive units in the country his senior year. During his time at Stevens Nick was a 1st Team All-Knickerbocker, 1st Team All Empire 8 and Team MVP. For his efforts his senior year, Nick was selected for the prestigious Division Three North South Game featuring the nations top senior lacrosse players.
James Goldmann
Joining the Prime Time family in the fall of 2016, Coach Goldmann brings over 15 years of high school coaching to our staff. Currently James is the Head Coach at Archbishop Stepinac High School, Goldmann has brought two NYCHSAA “A” City titles to Stepinac, along with a 2013 CHSAA “A” Downstate title. He was named CHSAA “Coach of the Year” in 2013 after finishing the season with 16 wins. Stepinac was elevated to “AA” play in 2015, and now plays at the top of the Catholic League. Prior to Stepinac, Coach Goldmann spent three years as an assistant at Oneonta High School. James played his collegiate lacrosse at Division 3 SUNY-Oneonta.
Chris Madalon
Coach Chris Madalon was a two time High School All-American at Darien High School (CT). Collegiately Chris went on to be an All-ACC Goalie for the University of North Carolina (2011), then played professionally in the MLL for seven years. In 2019, he was an MLL All-Star for the Atlanta Blaze in a season where he broke the Major League Lacrosse single season save record. During his MLL tenure, he played for the New York Lizards, Atlanta Blaze, and Philadelphia Barrage.
Coach Madalon has played a crucial role in the development of our entire organizations goalies which has resulted in 15 of our goalies committing to play at the collegiate level from our last 8 recruiting classes with 12 of the 15 goalies going on to play Division 1.
