The Prime Time Girl’s Program began in August of 2016 and has quickly risen to be known as the top club lacrosse program in our area under the guidance of both Jackie and Stephanie. From their experience prior to starting the Prime Time Girl’s program coupled with the six graduation classes they have already helped place athletes to play at the next level, they have made a statement in the club lacrosse world.
The key to our success on the field, and in placing players at the next level, is our organization’s philosophy of fielding only one team per year of graduation. These teams compete in the highest level year-round tournaments in the country. As an organization, we attend the top recruiting events that the country has to offer to ensure that our female athletes get the best exposure and experience possible. We compete at the best events, as well as against the best competition in the country. Our resources and time are devoted to our valued players.
Under the guidance of both Jackie and Stephanie, over 100 players have taken their game to play Division 1, 2 or 3 lacrosse, some at the highest of levels. The most recent graduation class (2023) has 18 Division 1 athletes currently committed to compete at the next level! Some of the colleges where our athletes have landed are top Division I powerhouses (on and off the field) such as Northwestern, Michigan, Syracuse, Lehigh, UPENN, Cornell, Johns Hopkins, Yale, Georgetown, Delaware, Colgate, Villanova, Boston University, Rutgers, Penn State, Brown and Louisville and many more.
The college recruitment process is a unique journey for every player as no one player is the same academically and athletically. Every player is provided with the recruiting knowledge and guidance of Jackie and Stephanie, who put together a recruitment and player development plan with all of the Prime Time Girl’s players. With so many camps, prospect days, and the recruiting process constantly evolving, it is difficult for a family who has never been through the process to understand how they should navigate their daughter’s journey. Our single team approach allows our organization the opportunity to really get to know our players and families so that we can best support them equally through the college recruitment process. This helps us to provide the best guidance possible while players are making arguably the most difficult decision in their lives. With the relationships our organization has developed at the collegiate level, our reach into the college coaches’ radar is vast and long-standing.
Not only do we emphasize the importance of the complete package when making their college decision.
