Prime Time Lacrosse is excited to announce our 2026 Fall Goalie Academy, a training program tailored specifically to goalies under the guidance of Prime Time Goalie Guru Chris Madalon!

This fall, we will offer two six-session training programs at STM Field House with Session 1 being:

Session 1: Wednesdays, September 2 – October 7, 2026
September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 & October 7

These training sessions are open to boys and girls goalies aspiring to improve their craft in the graduating Classes of 2036 (3rd Grade) through 2027 (HS Seniors). Each training session will be 90 minutes.

Training Groups & Times

• Classes of 2036 (3rd Grade) – 2032 (7th Grade): 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• Classes of 2031 (8th Grade) – 2027 (12th Grade): 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM

About Coach Chris Madalon

Coach Madalon was a two-time High School All-American at Darien High School (CT). Collegiately, Chris went on to become an All-ACC goalie for the University of North Carolina in 2011 before playing professionally in Major League Lacrosse for seven years.

In 2019, he was an MLL All-Star for the Atlanta Blaze during a season in which he broke the league’s single-season save record. During his MLL career, he played for the New York Lizards, Atlanta Blaze, and Philadelphia Barrage.

Coach Madalon has worked with a number of premier boys and girls goalies throughout the Tri-State area. His training sessions focus on every aspect of the goalie position, from basic fundamentals to advanced techniques and strategies designed to take each goalie’s game to a higher level.

• Shot-stopping mechanics
• Clearing & stick handling
• Positioning, including goalie arc and angles
• Communication
• Rebound control
• Ground ball work
• Lacrosse IQ
