Founded in 2008, Prime Time Lacrosse is committed to providing the Tri-state’s best travel teams. Recognized national as one of the premier clubs in the country, Prime Time has over 140 committed players which includes a 42 committed division players in the current senior through freshman classes.
Our organization currently features eight graduation-based travel teams for players in third through eleventh grade. We are not a franchise-based organization from Long Island or Denver, as we only offer one elite team per high school graduation year. These teams compete at a national level tournament schedule under the guidance of our experienced coaching staff consisting of former and current Major League Lacrosse All-Stars, college coaches, and some of the top high school coaches in the Tri-state area. The players on our teams are from not only all over the Tri-state region, but the country as well. We have players from New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Florida, and Texas!
In addition to our seasoned coached staff, specialty coaches like Greg “The Beast” Gurenlian from the New York Lizards and Chris Madalon from NXT Save Lacrosse work with our athletes to develop our skilled positions.
Our players are offered a year-round training program for the fall, winter, spring and summer season. We believe strongly in the multi-sport athlete and the only requirement, if selected for one of our organization’s elite summer teams, is participation in the summer program. We do not discourage other sport opportunities that will develop a player’s player profile.
In the spring of 2015, Prime Time players consisted of 50% New York Section One All-Americans, 33% Section 9 All-Americans and had five Connecticut All-Americans. Decker Curran (Greenwich, CT-Michigan commit) was named to the Senior Under Armour All-American game, which aired on ESPN featuring the nation’s top 44 high school seniors in the country. Of the 50 All-Section players in Section One, Prime Time had 20 players receive that honor in addition to four All-Section Honorable Mentions and 29 All-League Players.
Spring 2016 has already gotten off to a successful start for our players as three of our Prime Time 2016 players were selected for the Senior Under Armour All-American game: JohnThomas Giles-Harris (St. Joseph Regional, NJ-Duke commit), Russell Masci (Don Bosco Prep, NJ-Maryland commit) and Will Perry (Greenwich, CT-UNC commit). We are expecting a number of All-Americans and All-League selections for our high school players at the conclusion of the spring 2016 season.
Our summer season begins in May and concludes by the middle of July as every Prime Time team will compete in four to five summer events in addition to 15-20 practices. For more information regarding out travel program, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
