Meet the Prime Time Family
Our coaching staff is an extremely talented group of coaches who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience for all of our players. The staff is composed of today’s top professional and collegiate players along with some of the top high school varsity coaches in the Tristate. For more information on our tremendous coaching staff we have listed their biographies below.
Entering his ninth season at Prime Time, Coach Hautau brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our offensive players. Coach Hautau is currently the Volunteer Assistant Coach for Division 1 Binghampton University. Prior to Binghampton, he was seasoned high school coach who spent six years as the offensive coordinator at Connecticut state power Greenwich High School where he helped lead the team to a state championship in 2014. Prior to his time at Greenwich Nick was an assistant varsity coach at New York power John Jay High School. Collegiality, Nick played attack for Sacred Heart University and was a High School All-American at John Jay.
Entering his eighth season at Prime Time, Coach Schneidman brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our defensive players. Currently Justin is the Volunteer Assistant Coach at Division One Fairfield University. Prior to Fairfield, Justin was an assistant coach at Division Three Manhattanviille college along with coaching at the high school level for Greenwich (2015), Bryum Hills (2014) and Arlington (2012-2013). Collegiately Justin was a 2X 1st Team All-American Defender for Cortland where he helped lead the Dragons to a National Championship in 2009.
Entering his sixth season at Prime Time, Coach Bohalnder brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our program. Ryder just completed his third season as the Head Coach for Division Three Manhattanville College. He was a four-year letterwinner and two-year starter on defense for the University of Maryland Terps, amassing 58 ground balls and causing 30 turnovers in his final two seasons. He helped the squad to four straight NCAA Tournament appearances during his tenure, including a berth in the NCAA Div. I Championship game as a senior. In addition to coaching, he spent 2013 on the roster of the Charlotte Hounds of Major League Lacrosse after originally signing with the MLL’s New York Lizards. In addition to his collegiate and coaching career, Ryder was a 2X All-American at John Jay High school.
Entering his third season at Prime Time. Coach Synowiez brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our offensive players. Coach Synoweiz is entering his second season as the Head Coach for Section 1 Scarsdale where he lead the Raiders to one of their best seasons in his first year as Head Coach. Prior to being named Head Coach, he had been an assistant varsity coach at Scarsdale High School since 2014. Collegiately James stared for Manhattan college where he was the 2009 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Year and 2009 & 2010 1st Team All MAAC Selection. Prior to attending Manhattan James started at Onondaga Community College where he was a major contributor on the 2007 Undefeated National Championship team and 2008 NJCAA Regional Three First Team. In High School James is the All Time Goal and Pint Record Holder at Owego Free Academy High School and a 3x Section 4 Lacrosse All Star.
Entering his seventh season at Prime Time, Coach Guski brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the offensive side of the ball. Jeremy just completed his fifth year as the Varsity Assistant Coach at John Jay High School where he helped lead the Indians to four straight Class B Sectional Finals. Prior to John Jay, Coach Guski was a Varsity Assistant Coach at Scarsdale High School from 2009 – 2011. Collegiately Coach Guski was an All-American at Division One UMASS where he was a team captain. In high school, Jeremy won a State Championship at Mahopac where he was an All-American his senior year.
Entering his seventh year at Prime Time, Coach Jameson brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our defensive players. An All-American defender at John Jay High School, Jameson went on to play both football and lacrosse at John Hopkins University. Jameson is an active lacrosse and football coach in the Tristate as he was the defensive coordinator for North Salem High Schools varsity and currently on the John Jay High School varsity football staff.
Entering his third season at Prime Time, Coach Bulkley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as one of Connecticut’s top high school coaches. In 2015, Scott was named FCIAC Coach of the Year, Class L Coach of the Year and Connecticut US Lacrosse Coach of the Year. Scott is currently the Head Coach at Newtown High School. In his first year at Newtown High School, Coach Bulkley led the Knighthawaks to the South West Conference Championship Title in Connecticut. Prior to Newtown, Scott was the Head Lacrosse Coach at Greenwich High School in Connecticut where he helped build the team into a national power where he led his team to a Class L State Title in 2014. In addition to winning a state title, Scott led Greenwich to an FCIAC title in 2010 in his first year as Head Coach. Prior to Greenwich, Bulkley was the Associate Head Coach for the Darien high school. During that time Darien won five FCIAC and five Connecticut Class M State Championships. Collegiately, Scott was a captain of the University of North Carolina Men’s Lacrosse team where he was a three time Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Champion.
Entering his sixth year at Prime Time, Coach Daniello brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our offensive players. An All-American attackman at John Jay High School, Michael went on to play college lacrosse at John Hopkins and Syracuse University. Out of High School, Michael was ranked as one of Inside Lacrosse’s Top 10 recruits in the Class of 2011 and was named to the Under Armour Senior All-American game which includes the nations top 44 high school lacrosse players.
Entering his 8th season at Prime Time, Coach O’Rourke brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our goalies. A seasoned high school and former college coach in the Tristate, Coach O’Rourke just finished his second season as a Varsity Assistant Coach for New York power John Jay High School. Prior to John Jay, Sean was the Head Coach at Scarsdale High School from 2004 – 2011 and Assistant Varsity Coach at Horse Greeley High School in 2016. Before joining the high school coaching ranks, Coach O’Rourke was a college assistant coach at Division One Dartmouth College and at his alma mater Nazareth College. While at Nazareth, Coach O’Rourke was an All-American goalie that held a number of records for saves in a game.
Entering his second season with Prime Time, Coach Goldmann brings over 10 years of high school coaching to our staff. Currently in his seventh season as head coach at Archbishop Stepinac High School, Goldmann has brought two NYCHSAA “A” City titles to Stepinac, along with a 2013 CHSAA “A” Downstate title. He was named CHSAA “Coach of the Year” in 2013 after finishing the season with 16 wins. Stepinac was elevated to “AA” play in 2015, and now plays at the top of the Catholic League. Prior to Stepinac, Coach Goldmann spent three years as an assistant at Oneonta High School. James played his collegiate lacrosse at Division 3 SUNY-Oneonta.
Entering his second season at Prime Time, Coach Meola continues to help grow the game with his knowledge and ever-evolving pedagogy. Currently, Alfredo is entering his first season as the Head Varsity Coach at Briarcliff Manor high school in Section 1. A seasoned high school coach throughout the years, he has been named Section 1 Coach of the Year three times and Assistant Coach of the Year at Ridgefield and Briarcliff High Schools. While at Ridgefield, Alfredo played a tremendous role in helping Ridgefield win the 2011 FCIAC and CT State Championships fo the Tigers.
Alfredo was a two sport athlete at Elmira College playing hockey and lacrosse. Prior to Elmira , he was an All-American at Lakeland High School. After college, Alfredo played professional hockey for six years and is a proud father of two children Luca and Lila.
Chris enters his 8th year as the Boys Co-Director of Prime Time Lacrosse. Chris is involved in the planning of all lacrosse programing throughout Prime Time and is currently the Prime Time 2025 Head Coach.
A former Major League Lacrosse Fourteenth Overall Selection by the Chesapeake Bayhawks, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to Prime Time’s offensive players. Throughout his MLL career Chris also spent time with the Hamilton Nationals and New York Lizards.
Prior to the MLL, Chris was a two year starter and two time National Champion for the Syracuse Orange where he was a Captain his senior year. Chris scored the first goal in the 2009 National Championship and was Third Team All-American for the Orange. In addition to taking home All-American honor’s his senior year and leading the Orang in points, Chris was the 2010 Big East Attackman of the Year.
Chris is originally from Cross River, New York where he was an All-American at John Jay High School. In addition to All-American honors he was named the Journal News Player of the Year and selected to the East Team for the National Senior Showcase.
Entering his fourth season at Prime Time, Coach Guadagnolo brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our defensive players as a former defensive coordinator at Division One Holy Cross. Coach Guadagnolo was a four-year member (2008-2011) and two year starter of the Syracuse Men’s Lacrosse Team. The Orange won national championships in 2008 and 2009. Most recently, he played for the Rochester Rattlers of Major League Lacrosse and has also played professionally for the New York Lizards and Denver Outlaws. Thomas was a High School All-American out of Jordan Elbridge High School in upstate New York.
Entering his fifth season at Prime Time, Coach Smith brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our offensive players. Coach Smith’s been a staple in the Tristate since 2003 coaching at a number of top high schools including stops at Yorktown, Somers and Brookfield (CT). Brian is currently entering his third year as a Varsity Assistant Coach at Bronxville High school where he was coach on the Bronco’s state championship team. A graduate of Salisbury College, Smith won a National Championship for the Gulls in 1999 where he was a starting attackman and MVP of the National Championship Game.
Entering his sixth year at Prime Time, Coach Coppolecchia brings a wealth of knowledge to the defensive side of the field and to player health. Professionally Chris was a 2015 supplemental draft pick by the New York Lizards where he was a member of the team throughout the year. Collegiately Coach Coppolecchia was a four-year starter and Captain at Division One Quinnipiac University. He was a First Team NEC Defender and was selected his senior year to the prestigious North South Senior All-Star game. A licensed physical therapist, Chris is big propionate of helping keep our players on the field and with injury prevention.
Entering his 9th year at Prime Time, Coach Will Pickel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our defensive players. A fixture in the John Jay Youth program for five years coaching a number of their top teams. Collegiately Will was a four-year defender and graduate of Bucknell University.
