Prime Time 2023 Coaching Staff
James Goldmann
Head Coach
Joining the Prime Time family in the fall of 2016, Coach Goldmann brings over 15 years of high school coaching to our staff. Currently James is the Head Coach at Archbishop Stepinac High School, Goldmann has brought two NYCHSAA “A” City titles to Stepinac, along with a 2013 CHSAA “A” Downstate title. He was named CHSAA “Coach of the Year” in 2013 after finishing the season with 16 wins. Stepinac was elevated to “AA” play in 2015, and now plays at the top of the Catholic League. Prior to Stepinac, Coach Goldmann spent three years as an assistant at Oneonta High School. James played his collegiate lacrosse at Division 3 SUNY-Oneonta.
Nic Bell
Associate Head Coach
Coach Bell joined Prime Time in the summer of 2020 bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to our organization. Nic is currently the Head Boys’ Lacrosse Coach at the national ranked Taft School (CT) and the Associate Director of College Counseling where he has 12 years as an independent school coach, teacher, and college counselor. Having won over 150 games as a prep school head coach and have helped guide 135 former players on to play Division I and III lacrosse and in spring of 2021 Nic lead the Rhinos to the Geico High Schools National Championship. Additionally in the spring of 2018, Nic lead the Rhinos to the prestigious Founders League Champions in 2018 for Taft School. Nic played collegiately at Brown University.
